I did what was suggested and went down a size. I would usually go for a XL but I went for the M-L and it fits. Just for reference I’m a 14-16uk bottom and a 14-16uk top.

Beautifully crafted, it is very breathable, and comfortable to wear. Best part is, once the flares are settled, unless intentional, they don't swivel away from their place - something I really appreciate, as I don't want my legs to peep in public places.
