Walking On My Own is a black gathered dress with Kantha work on the bodice. The easy breezy flow of the dress makes it a nice windy day outfit! It’s 3/4th gathered sleeves add a feminine touch and are bound to make heads turn no matter where you are. The dress is highly customizable and flexible and thus goes well with almost anything that’s already in your cupboard. However, we recommend you pair it with the “Upside Down” pants.

    Absolutely stunning dress. I wasn’t sure about my size so I put in my measurements in at the checkout. The dress fits exactly how I wanted and the quality is really incredible. I was expecting a summer dress but this would work for any season or activity. I don’t want to take it off!

    The kantha work on the bodice is intricate and neat, and the full skirt falls beautifully. Really sweet of the folks at Turn Black to pare it down to a length that suits my 5 feet 2" height wonderfully. MY only complaint is that the fabric feels a but stiff right now, but maybe it'll soften with a couple of washes. Will definitely come back for more!

    This is the most beautiful frock with lovely details. the bodice is beautiful, and the softly pleated skirt and feminine sleeves just make this a wonderful piece to wear. I had mine made to size, and im a plus size, I took a risk on this when i purchaed it. I am so happy with how it looks on me. I will wear this time again

    I love this dress! The fabric is very high quality, the skirt part is very full, and the kantha detail on the bodice is a nice handmade touch. My only suggestion is that the bodice could be a bit longer in the larger sizes, so that the bottom edges of the bodice sits below the bust.



    This shipping process to Canada was a little long, and unfortunately I had to pay additional duties to receive my order.
