I just got this dress a few days ago and I keep coming up with more ways to style it! It looks great as-is, but it is also super cute with a belt. It’s perfect for layering with sweaters, and I also think it would look really cute with a skirt over it. I’m honestly thinking of buying another one immediately so that I have a back-up in case they ever stop making it. It’s the perfect length (mid calf) on me, where it has good coverage and also is short enough that I can easily walk up stairs without holding up my skirt. And the fit is perfect with no gapping and no bra showing at the arm holes. My full bust is around 41” (US DD bra cup) and I got a size XL.
