Shipping & Return for International Order

Sale:

Items on sale are non-returnable, but you can exchange the same style for a different size. Exchanges can only take place twice, we are entitled to refuse exchanges after that.

 

How Exchange works: 

  • To process an exchange, send us an email at info@turnblack.in or give us a call at +91 8800403077 and our team will confirm your exchange request via email.
  • Exchange requests are only considered if sent within 15 days. In the email confirming your exchange request, you will receive the address to our warehouse in New Delhi, to which you have to ship the garment back. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the garment, our team will inspect the garment and ship the new piece to you which will be delivered within the next 5-7 business days.
  • Please note, that all products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour (it’s just black) of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour (again, it’s just black) will be completely accurate.

 

 

How Returns work:

  • If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory, send us an email at info@turnblack.in or give us a call at +91 8800403077 within 15 days of receiving the product, our team will confirm your return request via email.
  • If you wish to return a product bought, we will be happy to provide a store credit to buy something else on the website. We do not offer refunds on any Turn Black order due to the time, labor, and effort that go into the making of every product.
  • In the email confirming your return request, you will receive the address to our warehouse in Shahpur Jat, to which you have to ship the garment back. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the garment after which you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted and we will send a store credit to buy something else. There is no validity for it.
  • Please note, that all products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Please be careful while trying on items. The item should be returned new and unused as Turn Black holds the right not to accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. Post 15 days, no exchange or return will be entertained.

 

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?

Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items is a commitment, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Care before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as gifts still apply to our ‘Final Sale’ policy and cannot be returned.

Our Final Sale policy does not affect the separate legal right of withdrawal or cancellation, which is available only under some circumstances to Indian consumers.

Customized Items:

We are more than happy to make your dress according to your measurements. However, a customized item cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective. We can make alterations to get you that perfect fit, but these alteration requests can be taken up only twice for the same piece.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Any part cancellation or refund of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order.
  • Duty, as mandated by your country of shipment, will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Turn Black your order will not be eligible for a refund. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

  • Free shipping for all international orders above USD 200.
  • A flat shipping fee of USD 15 is applied to international orders below the total cart size of USD 200.
  • International orders mostly take 10-12 business days to be delivered.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name. Please visit the courier partner website (FedEx, DHL) and enter the AWB no. in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

We partner with registered international courier companies to deliver your order. Please do not accept damaged or tampered delivery packages.

Where is my order processed from?

  • Orders are processed from our warehouse in Delhi, India.
  • Each piece is made to order, hence you can give us your measurements and we can customise it for you.
  • Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any bespoke or customised item unless the product is faulty or not as described.
  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to more than 230 countries. At checkout, when entering your shipping address, you will be able to select your home country from the drop-down list

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, it is not possible for us to deliver to PO Box addresses.
